Blue Bottle Coffee

I first tried Blue Bottle in San Francisco a few years back, before I was the espresso-head I am today. I remember liking my latte, but went on with my life and they fell off my radar. Then last summer, while in NYC, I stumbled upon them again. Boy was I impressed. They do a darn good job of roasting and blending their coffees and in particular (for me at least) their blends for espresso. They are tops on my list for mail order coffee, and recently, I’ve been obsessed with the 17 ft Ceiling blend. Not only is it delicious, they include brew instructions! My heart goes pitter-patter!
